What can be concluded from the drawing? |dw:1329864681665:dw| A. The 2 lines have different slopes. B. The system has no solutions. C. The system has 1 solutions. D. The system has infinite solutions.

OpenStudy (rulnick):

Drawing isn't showing up for me.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Here's the table: Line 1: X = 1 and -2, Y = 6 and -6. Line 2: X = -8 and -3 Y = 9 and -8.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its not for me either, but im assuming its a graph of lines?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if the lines are parallel, theres no solutions. If there are the same line then there are an infinite number of solutions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

One is a negative slope and the other is a zero slope.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is the question showing you a pic of the graph or is it giving you the problem as a system of equations?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's giving me points to put it on a graph.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then asking me what can be concluded from the graph.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

After drawing the lines pt a (1,-2) b (6,-6) and line x (-8,-3) y (9,-8) (those were the point you wrote right? the lines have different slopes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok thanks :-)
