Hi, Thank your for your answer! I would need 1 year betas as of March 2005 esp. for steel companies like Thyssen, Salzgitter, Krupp a.s.o. But unfortunately the sources I found provide only current datas. It would really help, if I knew the sources for historical datas. Regards from Austria D.B.

use Bloomberg or Thomson or any other data provider. If you do not have access to these providers at school you can do it yourself by linear regressions with Excel You can find historical prices on the exchanges they are traded, and then use the index you estimate is the best benchmark.
