Hey heena, thanks for the suggestion. We're aware of the issue and we're working on a number of solutions to get more answerers in those groups. It's one of those things that takes time, unfortunately. The fact of the matter is that questions are going to get missed. It's not your responsibility to make sure everything is answered. :)

Is there any chance that you're considering attracting "answerers" to the site by adding aspects which broaden it's appeal and utility specifically for older, more advanced users, for example upper level undergrads, grad students and entry level professionals? One possibility would be to add a "classifieds" section where people with innovative ideas for projects - like the collaborative textbook I keep plugging away on - could post them and connect with others. Or could connect with other people with expertise in other fields which would be helpful to them in their studies or research. Or to make the info already stored on the site more accessible by adding a search function to archived questions. Or you could try a ratemyprofessor.com style rating system which could be viewed on peoples' profile pages where askers can rate answerers according to clarity, helpfulness, etc.

i like the idea given by blue @farm cant we do like thi what she told make a column where people ask qn and if it is already aked before it ll be shown to the retriceer.

This ties with my suggestion about somehow ranking questions, as well as about "closing" questions. I'm still not at all clear how to see if everyone who needs help has gotten it. In my classes (since that's what i get paid to do) i have to get the last word on every question- that indicates to me that i'm either waiting for them to clarify something, OR it's done and has been answered sufficiently.
