How do you find the perimeter of a triangle with vertices (2,4) , (-1,3) , (2,-3) Also, how do you find the solution to 3^4x-7= 4^2x+3

OpenStudy (a_clan):

1) use distance formula to calculate the distance between every pair of points and then add them to get perimeter. 2) logarithms

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you show me how to find the solution?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[3^{4x}-7=4^{2x}+3\] I guess you cannot solve it by analytically, but it can solve by numerically..
