Explain why a probability could not be less than 0 and cannot exceed 3.

Probabilities aren't something that extend past the range [0,1] due to... extrapolation difficulties. Just what does it mean to have a 300% chance to do something? A -2% chance? I guess if the probability isn't less than 0, we know that it behaves like normal probabilities, and therefore has no reason to increase past 1.
