May you explain the steps

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Percentages, yo. 1. 121%~1.21, therefore (1.21)(5025)=? 2. n/t, where n is the number and t is the total, gives me a ratio/percent. So, (24/96)=? (Percent in decimal form; convert to actual percentages if you want.) 3. 15%~0.15, so 0.15n=12, or 12/0.15=n, where n is that number you're looking for.
