In statistics, when doing continuity correction, is there a set decimal place where you have to round it? or just as long as you round it to whatever place and be consistent with it?

It is not set, but you can go unto 3 or 4 decimal places for accuracy. And for coherent answer you must be consistent with the decimal places you have chosen.
