I'm supposed to find the volume of a tank(cylinder shape) that has a base with a radius of 10 meters and it's height is 12 meters. My answer was 1,381.6, using the formula 3.14(pi) X r(2) X H but it came out wrong...? I've done this over five times! What is my problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Volume = pr2 x height V = pr2 h

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is pr?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

pi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

radius^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

v=pi* 10 *10 * 12 = 1200 pi = 3768
