There is nothing grammatically wrong with the sentence, though the numbers are unnecessary, but it doesn't say much. It is very general. Can you focus in more on what you really mean to say? Make it more precise, more informative? 

Even assuming that this is an opening statement, that you will continue on from here, the statement itself is still far too vague, far too "interior." You know what you mean, but you have not yet made that clear to the reader.
