Is this true or false question?

Yes

Answer: false it's more that half if you can't believe it. lets say if there was a triangle that the base was 10 cm and the height was 1 cm, and the lengths at the sides were 6 and 6 cm So at the beginning we have the diameter as 6+6+10 = 22 cm if we cut it in half, one half will be 6+5(because half of 10)+1(height) = 12cm to find the percentage it is 12 divide by 22 times 100 =54.54545455 =54.5% (3sf) or 55% 2sf

So it's false :)
