how does gregor feel about his boss

You will need to clarify your question, by saying first what work you are referring to (which I take to be Kafka's "Metamorphosis") and then posing your question, preferably in a bit more detail.

Have you read the story? If so, what details are there about Gregor's work? You need to examine those details and come to some conclusion about his attitude to his work, the chief clerk, or any others he works for or with.

If you want to work through some of your thoughts here, there are many who'd be happy to help you out with that, even rereading the story in order to better help you tease out what you think.
