PLEASE HELP!! In isosceles triangle ABC, AC=BC=20, m

OpenStudy (accessdenied):

try drawing a picture, an isosceles triangle with altitude CD... then you can write all the information you know on it and see visually what's going on from there, i do think you just use some basic trigonometry to find a ratio between a side you know and CD using your known angle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what's altitude though?

OpenStudy (accessdenied):

an altitude is a line drawn from the vertex to the opposite side that is perpendicular to that side |dw:1330388324460:dw|
