Let R be the region in the xy plane between the graphs of y=e^x and y=e^-x from x=0 to x=2. Find the volume of the solid generated when R is revolved about the x-axis.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

..... hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here we go again...

OpenStudy (amistre64):

there are about 50 more links like that ... lol

OpenStudy (amistre64):

better yet, what about the question gives you trouble?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this math teacher really needs some schooling

OpenStudy (amistre64):

yeah, the teacher shouldof said, if you have questions about this problem, ask on the website

OpenStudy (amistre64):

instead everyone is just posting the problem itself

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no the teacher should have said " i found a web site that might help with whatever problem you have" rather than here all you people post the same damned problem, whether you need the answer or not, and have the people there answer the same question repeatedly because clearly they have nothing better to do

OpenStudy (amistre64):

http://openstudy.com/users/amistre64#/updates/4f4c0363e4b0acf2d9fd8dd9 this one has some good stuff in it too

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have infinite patience. after answering that exponential question maybe 5 times it finally dawned on me that something was up. i wonder who this teacher is, and what the heck she thinks she is doing.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

i dont mind answering specific questions about the problem; but the quesiton itself is rather nonspecific as to what the issue the person is having with it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is because some teacher just said "go on this site and post these problems" not "if you need help you might use this site"
