I'm doing a 10 min presentation on microbes used in oil spills (I was thinking of using plants to detect landmines, but that's...). What format should I use?

I was thinking puppet show, but that's a lil strange for a grade 12 class.
A flash animation would be nice, if I knew how to use it properly (I've got a basic understanding)
