im assuming there are images of 2 cones, it is to suggest that they are similar. So by using similairity, the radius of the larger cone, is (21/12) *5=8.75 Given the formula for the surface area of a cone, SA = pi* r ( r+l) = pi * 8.75 (8.75+21) =817.8 square yards
