Printing some tickets, need help on possessive or ' "Saint Stephen's Annual Fish Fry"

Looks correct. There's only one St. Stephen, yeah? Unless its name is St. Stephens, in which case the possessive would be either St. Stephens's or St. Stephens', whichever you like better.

I'm guessing the name of the place already incorporates "St. Stephen's," as in, for example, "St. Stephen's Episcopal School" or "St. Stephen's Church." I don't think you'd want to try to add another possessive onto that. You should be good with simply "St. Stephen's Annual Fish Fry," as you have it. Mirages is right, that if the name appears instead in the plural (St. Stephens), you'd have two choices with how to convert to possessive, but that's not a likely starting point for this name, I'm thinking.
