i just know that means: Energy = (Mass)x(Speed of Light)^2 and it has something to do with General Relativity. That's it :(

the equation is still a mystery, for anybody attempted to explain how einstein derived that that equation, but fail to do it. but, it'a helpful formula in making bombs. . try to research. . :-)
