Which ordered pair is a solution to the inequality y > x + 5? (-3, 2) (0, -3) (3, 5) (2, 8)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it's (2, 8). 8 > 2 + 5 is true. 2 + 5 is 7, and 8 > 7.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You have to replace the values of x and y from the ordered pairs in the inequality. For example: (-3,2) => 2 > - 3 + 5 => 2 > 2 => False.
