To determine the steepness of a parabola, you just need to look at the coefficient before (x). The higher the absolute value of the coefficient, the steeper it is. Wouldn't you agree 2(x^2) would give you a bigger y-value than 0.2(x^2), and thus 0.2(x^2) would be wider. Looking at all the answers, isn't the smallest absolute value come from 0.2(x^2)? So the answer must be D

i thought the question was asking which one produces the one that is open more - so therefore 6x is greater than 2x
