find the least number between 200 and 500 which leaves a remainder of 3 in each case when divided by 8,10,12 and 30

answer is 243 !!! finally got it after 20 minutes !!!!!

Least number above 200 which leaves 3 as remainder by the given numbers are -

for 8 - 203
for 10 - 203
for 12 - 207
for 30 -213

and for the remainder to be 3 only they have to keepincreasing by the given number for example 213,243,273,303 all leave remainder 3 when divided by 30 and are increasing by 30 !!! so I found out that they all meet at 243 !!!!!
