If it were in envelope 1, statements 2 and 5 would be correct, so it can't be 1.
If it were in envelope 2, statements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (all of them) would be true, so it can't be 2.
If it were in envelope 3, statements 1, 4, and 6 would be true, so each envelope has one true statement and one false statement. So the formula is in envelope 3.
