Can anybody give information about material engineering .. I need to know if it is close enough to chemistry or not , and what would I study in it ?!
its not related to chemistry.....u will get to know about different metals ,their physical properties and other related properties,,, along with their change in phases due to heating subsequently their change in nature,...its of gr8 help in modern world....
Thank you
Materials engineering has a LOT to do with chemistry....I don't see how you can say that it doesn't.
material engineering is based on basic concepts of chemistry some high school topic like structure of atom ,bhor's models ,but u won't u be reading these in depth, just a little basic knowledge of chemistry will be enough.it deals more about the physical properties of material like conductors, insulators, semiconductors, dielectric and and what property is useful in our every day life
