I know the answer is not B but i don't know about the other questions How does the topography of Fiji compare to other islands in the Pacific? A. Fiji has similar topography – mostly volcanic in origin – like other islands in the region B. Fiji has dissimilar topography – mostly made up of coral formations C. Every island in the Pacific is unique – no similarities D. Due to the size differences, there is no way to compare topography.
