Bring the right hand side to the form of a square(a^2 +2ab + b^2). For that you will need to multiply with equation with -1 to remove the - sign before x^2. Do that first, add 9 to both sides. Make it a square. The vertex of a parabola: \[(x-a)^{2}=k(y-b)\], is (a,b). Do, I need to show the steps?
