calc1 -> calc2 -> calc3+linear algebra -> diff. eqs -> elementary set theory+probability -> real analysis, is it a good route towards real analysis?

IMHO, real analysis only requires you have a sufficiently high level of mathematical maturity, regardless of what you've taken before. But sure, it seems like a good route, although I'd take it along with cal3.
