Someone keeps spamming in the Emotions and Life help group @myininaya That is against code-of-conduct.
@mattfeury @JamesJ Can someone help fix this. It's annoying.
@xssbmjerk, I'll take a look at it. But do know that "unofficial" groups are a bit more difficult to police. There are many of these groups that were created just for off-topic discussion. If someone is being rude, vulgar, or offensive, then that is definitely a problem. But posting off-topic questions in a group specifically made for that is a bit of a gray-area.
Ok but there should be a limit to how many questions are put in a certain amount of time. Because some groups are meant for specific purposes. The title of the group is showing what the group is about. Posting irrelevant things is disrupting the original purpose of the group.
I agree there should be a question limit. We are actually discussing changes, including that one, that may show up soon. I would say that a group called "Emotions and Life Help" could encompass a large variety of topics. In my opinion, I would recommend just leaving that group as it seems to be a place for immature, off-topic discussion. That being said, I will keep an eye out to make sure nothing abusive or vulgar goes on.
I see. But I have read some of the advice and it seems helpful and has helped some. Why is it that you think of it as immature?
I will tell the creator of the group to come over here.
Did you try to ask her to stop? Maybe she would have listened.
