i just can guess, people were creating new groups and were breaking code of conduct inside them and it's very hard to track it because you can create a lot of groups

Hey vishal,

As Tomas noted we disabled that feature. Only site administrators have the ability to create groups now. In addition to the reasons noted above, we felt that this diluted and fragmented the community at large. We decided it would be the best thing for the site as a whole if everyone were participating in the official groups.
