What download manager/browser are you using? Try downloading it through a different download manager or browser.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In any case, i'd suggest you to try this http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ive used chrome mozilla IE 9 opera

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When i click run eset downloader nothing happens

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*eset scanner*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Umm, thats strange, ideally there should come a popup to run the .exe that will scan your machine.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i was looking for that as well

OpenStudy (istim):

Download an antivirus program onto a memory stick/CD, and then install in thru there.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you able to open the task manager?

OpenStudy (istim):

Or, as many computer technicians will sorrowfully tell you, you'll have to..."re-format" your hard drive (that right?)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is tim I have an external drive it does the same thing.arcticifix yes i can

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Reboot to safe mode and run eset.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok will do that

OpenStudy (istim):

Good luck!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh my god i cant dowload nothing from the web its doing thesame thing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it says its not a valid win32 application

Find a way to get any of these software's into your machine, as its not working through browsers, try using donload managers, like DownThemAll for firefox. Or ask someone to download and copy it on a flash drive. Also, try this http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And you had to select safe mode with network connections. Try that again.

I'd go with Malwarebytes as well. It's saved me so many times. Alternatively, get Linux :-D
