I think it's hard to rate a programming language in it's whole.
OpenStudy (dape):
Different languages were built for solving different types of problems so while a prog language can be good at solving one type of problem it can be harder to solve other problems with.
OpenStudy (dape):
I prefer C++ over Java though, probably because I learnt C and C++ before Java.
