Question

There should be a rule that states that once you post your question, don't post it in the chat.... for example below..

Even if its different links, it should still apply because you are just spamming the link.

We allow people to post a link to their question in the chat, though this does count as spamming. We try to encourage it's use only if your question hasn't been answered and you've been waiting for a while.

maybe you could "flag" an abusive user as spammer so won't be allowed to flood the chat once flagged ... i don't know just a sugestion

If there is someone who repeatedly posts the same link in a short period of time, please report them as being abusive.
