What is the converse of the following statement? “If his shoes are clean, then he did not walk in the mud.” Answer If his shoes are not clean, then he walked in the mud. I tend to think converse is misnamed ... so I always do what the opposite of what I think it should be :) If p then q ; converses to: If q then p which feels inversish to me
