Find the exact value of the following logarithm without using a calculator. Use the properties of logarithms. Please show all of your work. log8 104 - log8 13

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Logs have the property that if you have the logs with the same base (8), and they are subtracted, you may take the log of the two numbers divided by eachother so, log(8)104 - log(8)13 becomes log(8) (104/13) Does that help?

Is this the answer?
