what alkene reacts the fastest with HBr?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

HBr reacts with alkenes via a carbocation, the pi electrons attack the hydrogen and create a carbocation, if you form a stable carbocation, ie a tertiary, your reaction will proceed much faster if for example you had to form a secondary carbocation.
