Any introductory videos or lectures for AC Power, kinda rusty in there I need a fresh start for dummies, you know why the integral over one cycle, peak power dissipated, average power , why rms , how it compares to DC power consumption/dissipation thanks in advance !!!

That's not exactly what i meant my friend, I need something more like dissipated power, consumed power but in AC, you know how and why the calculus, what integrals have to do with it, RMS, how it compares to dc, and so on and so forth
