Galileo Galilei was an Astronomer and Physicist.Galileo used a heavily inductive scientific method because he understood that no empirical evidence could perfectly match theoretical predictions.

Where as Newton, a mathematician and physicist and arguably one of the foremost scientific intellects of all time
but they did not work much for psycholgy.Ask this question in some other group.
