I have to make a reaction scheme for glycerole reacting with a saturated fatty acid with 16 carbonatoms. How do I do that?

OpenStudy (mani_jha):

A Fat is produced, along with release of water molecules. In organic chemistry, an alcohol(gylcerol) reacts with a carboxylic acid(Fatty acid) to form an ester(Fat) and water. Write the formula of glycerol and that fatty acid side by side. Remove water(that means subtract OH from glycerol and H from acid), and write the resultant product by joining the remnants. http://www.biotopics.co.uk/as/lipidcondensation.html
