When trying to find the x-intercept and y-intercept for an equation, we can simply... Answer a. Plug in 0 for y and solve (to find the x-intercept) and plug in 0 for x and solve (to find the y-intercept). b. Find the slope. c. Rewrite the equation in slope intercept form and that will give us both answers. d. Plug in 0 for y and solve (for the y-intercept) and plug in 0 for x and solve (for the x-intercept).

is the answer D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't think so. If x is zero, the position is on the y axis.
