not sure what its asking.. but the angles in a triangle add up to 180
the bottom is just asking the perimeter of the triangle
and the answer would be 180 right?

basically the triangle is larger then the circle, coz circle will not be inscribed if circle is larger. . therefor the perimeter of triangle is larger than the circle, correct me of i'm wrong. .lol
No, I think you have side lengths of the triangle confused with the degree measure of a circle. Think about what it means for a triangle to be inscribed in a circle. If you will say which items you wish to find, then I or others will try to help.
