How would you solve: 5* 18^6x=26?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

divide by 5 take the log using change of base formula divide by 6

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

\[5 \times 18^{6x} = 26\] \[18^{6x} = \frac{26}{5}\] \[18^{6x} = 5.2\] Using log, \[6x = \log_{18}{5.2}\] Using calc, \[6x = 0.57\]Im sure u can do from here.
