What makes it an injustice?
What makes what an injustice? Simply put, an injustice is anytime the legal system condones or ignores an instance of its abuse, misuse, or neglect. Basically, the legal system not enforcing itself. Does that help?
violation of the rights of others; unjust or unfair action or treatment.
I'd take sethw's response one step further and state that "injustice" is present or experienced any time there is experienced (or even perception of) an instance of abuse, misuse (including, but not limited to intentional personal gain), neglect (including refusal to acknowledge and ostracism), or the condoning of andor execution of a violation of a basic human right(s). A more intriguing study to me is the response TO injustice.
