i have to write a persuasive essay but cant think of anything good any ideas?

What do you feel strongly about? If you can pick any subject, think of something you feel strongly about and then find persuasive evidence. You try to get us to believe and understand the way you do, but use evidence. You should be able to prove it.

Write something controversial. Find a sports star or celebrity who is revered, check into their previous work as spokespersons for certain companies and then research some of the business practices/scandals of that comapny. A good example is Kobe Bryant sponsoing Sprite, which is owned by Coca-Cola which has a horrendous reputation for creating harsh working conditions, paying unfair wages, damaging the environment etc, and yet Bryant still decides to be their spokesman. You could argue that because of this, he is not a hero but a villain.
