can some one simplify this 4 me? so i understand a lil more. (x^2+2x over 12x+54) -(3-x over 8x+36)

(x² + 2x)/(6(2x + 9)) - (3 - x)/(4(2x + 9))
=> (x² + 2x)/(6(2x + 9)) * 2/2 - (3 - x)/(4(2x + 9)) * 3/3
=> (2(x² + 2x) - 3(3 - x))/(12(2x + 9))
=> (2x² + 4x - 9 + 3x)/(12(2x + 9))
=> (2x² + 7x - 9)/(12(2x + 9))
=> (2x + 9)(x - 1)/(12(2x + 9))
=> (x - 1)/12
