can you solve it further?
Divide the left side by -3, AND divide all of the components on the right side by -3 as well.
so the answer should be y=x+3
you're very close. What's 9 divided by -3? Another way of asking is, what would you multiply by -3 to get 9?

Okay so then we have 9/-3 as well as 3/-3. Therefore we have -3 and -1. So y = -3 -1x or y = -3 -x
