okay... well think about it this way.. the differ sections are: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, and 10 now... 5 of those are great than or equal to 6: 6,7,8,9,10 so if there are ten sections and 5 of them work.. that 1/2 or 50% but she needs to get that twice... so you take 1/2 and multiply it by 1/2 which is 1/4 or 25%
