What The answer to (a^3b^4*a)^3/2a^4b^0

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the answer to an expression is answerless; there is no instructions as to what you are trying to accomplish with it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Simplify. Your answer should contain only positive exponents

OpenStudy (amistre64):

how are we to parse it? its written rather haphazardly

B^0 = 1, so the bottom would just be a^4, and the top multiplies out to be a^4 * b^4. The a^4 cancels out and it should be pretty easy to get the answer.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

(a^3b^4*a)^3/2a^4b^0 (a^12ab)^3/2a^4b^0 a^36ab/2a^4b^0 a^(36ab) -------- maybe 2a

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[a ^{3 }b ^{4} a/a ^{4}b ^{0}\]

3x^4y^-1 Is one he gave the class the answer to it is 3x^4/y^1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That one is easy.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

(a^3 b^4*a)^3/(2a^4b^0) (a^9 b^12 a^3)/(2a^4) a^(8) b^(12)/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):
