@colm or any other moderator lately the chat are filled with cuss words I was even called a name . You guys should be more alert on the chat more often I suggest everyday their should be a system where keeps track on what people say in chat their should be an automatic program where if someone says a bad thing they get a notification without needing to report the person. At the end of the day you can track what people did today focus on keeping thing in control .

I think it was deleted because the feedback group is for feedback about the site and reporting abuse should be in the abuse reports.

Hey Pokemon - first of all, I'm sorry that happened to you. And I can assure you that I will do my best to prevent that in the future. In terms of an automatic system, we already have a filtering system that prevents people using curse words. However, as your experience has shown, people will ALWAYS get around any automatic system we put in place. This is why reporting abuse is so important.

Also, because sometimes it's not even WHAT is said, but HOW it's said. For instance, bullying and abusing users can happen while never using a bad word.

Again @pokemon23 - I'm really sorry about this, and I'll take responsibility for doing a better job of managing/moderating interactions like this.

Agreed all around. Pokemon, the best thing you can do is report abuse. Even if we don't publicly say anything, more often than not we've warned and/or suspended the user for misbehaving. Just cause you may not see us, doesn't mean we're not here ;).
