Should there be a way to mark bad answers? How do you recommend people address what might be inaccurate or otherwise misleading answers?
Great question @Joet99 - and one we've been looking at a LOT recently. So, the best method for now is to let the person know that they've made an error by posting in the question. Also, it can be a great learning experience for everyone when an error is made. That is obviously the really positive way to look at these. However, if you see this happening consistently, or the person doesn't respond, or responds negatively, to your input - please press that Report Abuse button for us. That way we can reach out to the person and hopefully let them know they are making errors, and address it that way. Ultimately, if you don't report abuse or send us an email at abuse@openstudy.com - we probably won't see it (there's ~2,000 questions/day in Math alone). Thanks for asking this question - it's important!
Thanks for the prompt and helpful response!
