What about adding a"unfollow post" button?

Interesting idea, but what is the use case for it? Are you talking about not notifying you if you get replies to a post?

We already make it so that if you get a reply notification from a post, you shouldn't get another one unless you visit the post again. Would this fulfill a need that doesn't?

No let's say i answered a question, now someone else is helping the asker, i keep on getting notifs. and it's annoying.

Er. You should only get one notification. If you ignore it, you shouldn't get notified again.

Yeah, so long as you don't actually open the question again, you shouldn't get another notification.
