OpenStudy (anonymous):

Identical forces act for the same length of time on two different masses. The change in momentum of the smaller mass is A) smaller than the change in momentum of the larger mass, but not zero. B) zero. C) equal to the change in momentum of the larger mass. D) larger than the change in momentum of the larger mass.

OpenStudy (stormfire1):

\[F \Delta T=m \Delta V\] If the left side stays the same (as the question states), so does the product of the right side. The right side of this equation is equal to the the change in momentum so the answer must be C.
