write three ration that are equal to the ratio 14:16, 2/3, 3/4, 5 TO 4, 1 TO 3, 2;4 , 2:5 .... i still dont get this o_o
Is this one question or seven questions?
its seven questions i
i dont get how you can get them >.<
A ratio represents a relationship between two numbers. As long as the proportion is maintained, the ratio is equivalent. So, for the first one, 14:16, you could double it to get 28:32 and it would be equivalent. Is this making any sense?
yea
Glad to hear it. You could also cut it in half to get 7:8 and it's still the same.
can you multiply it to and it will be equal?
Sure! Multiply it by anything, as long as you multiply both the numbers, the ratio is maintained.
oh okay thank you
